Brendan is our founder and CEO with 30 years+ of experience in the telco billing sector. His first life was as Head of Billing and Collections across a range of European telcos. During this period, he bought interconnect billing systems – and saw how they could be dramatically improved. His second life was to found iCONX in 2001, as the first true innovator of a “cloud” type delivery model for interconnect billing, liberating carrier-grade solutions to be accessible to all tiers of customers worldwide as telco de-regulation advanced.
