We employ our own dedicated international implementation team to work with you from project kick-off right through to live operations. This is a team who are very experienced in delivering new wholesale management systems. We have worked on hundreds of similar projects with different telco customers worldwide.

Our certified project managers will provide you with a detailed calendarised project plan, and full visibility of the resource requirement from you to complete the project. Regular updates are provided to your team, and any exceptions, risks or issues are immediately dealt with.

 

Specialist training is vital to ensure your team are confident users of the iCONX software. A full system training programme is provided, that will focus on your own configuration using a copy of your production data.

Our trainers are experts in operating the system and will guide you through all features to ensure a smooth handover into operations. Full documentation is provided during training, and our support team is available for any follow-up queries.

For iCONX License customers, database and systems administration training is also provided, for maintenance of the iCONX software on your own network infrastructure.

After 20 years of roadmap investment we are confident that our software will meet your requirements. Nevertheless, you may have bespoke needs that are particular to your own business process. Our team of subject matter experts are very experienced with software enhancements, and will be happy to work closely with you to understand your requirements, and then deliver a technical solution to meet your needs.

There is no need to involve your mediation team in implementation of the iCONX software. Our professional services team have extensive experience in Mediation and Data Transformation Services.

We have worked on mediation integrations for all our global telco customers, not just for processing data on the iCONX software. We can take in any switch or other network element files in any format, and decode these to import the required fields. We perform any required data wrangling tasks and encode the data into specified file types for the iCONX software, or for any other of your downstream systems if required.

We are experts in performing data transformation on all known switch types from TAP and NRTRDE through to Ericsson, Oracle, Sonus, Huawei, Nokia, Genband, Alcatel, ZTE, and Nortel. Our mediation service can decode files in a variety of different formats, e.g. ASN.1, XML, Binary (fixed width), fixed width and character separated text files.

The iCONX software allows for seamless ERP integration.

Our professional services team have extensive experience delivering bespoke integration solutions with our customers downstream systems.

We connect and synchronise the iCONX software with your existing enterprise systems including finance, revenue assurance and data warehouse platforms.

Whether hosted for you within our cloud data centers as a subscription service, or implemented on your network using our fully licensed model – with or without our expert led managed services. The iCONX wholesale management software options are identical across all delivery models, with a front-end GUI for all functions, and your users access and operate the system as normal, via a secure web-browser login.
