We understand you need to focus on your core telco business. We can take away the procurement of new hardware and involvement of your very busy technical teams, by using the iCONX cloud service option. We simply set-up a secure channel for transferring the required data for processing, and provide access to the business users to operate the iCONX software.

iCONX cloud is a Software as a Service (SaaS), that is delivered on a private cloud infrastructure hosted at Equinix, a global leader in colocation services. We use EU-based data centres that fully support the requirements of telco data privacy and security requirements. The European GDPR data privacy rules are fully supported if you happen to be operating in the EU.

We provide a flexible commercial model to suit your CAPEX and OPEX requirements, where you have the option to simply pay a monthly subscription fee – this will cover all software licensing, hosting and our support service fees.

All of your unique data will be stored securely at the iCONX primary and secondary data centres. The iCONX cloud service is fully certified and independently audited for security (ISO 27001), business continuity (ISO 22301), data privacy (BS 10012) and financial integrity (SOC1).

Benefits of iCONX cloud

With iCONX cloud service we look after all data processing functions on your behalf. This is a fully automated process that is monitored by the iCONX support and technical teams. Our industry leading MFT file delivery software transfers (either pull / push) vital data such as EDRs from your switch collection platform, or finance files to your ERP platforms. Our support teams also take responsibility for checking that your traffic has been rated and processed successfully.

This service includes:

  • Automated data collection and delivery with our industry leading MFT file delivery software
  • Automated data processing within our Equinix data centers
  • Automated data presentation across our mature browser based solutions

There is no need to invest in hardware or find technical personnel to operate and manage the iCONX software.

On-demand scalability is also available to cope with increases and fluctuations in your traffic. This can be an ideal option for a communication service provider that is starting out, or growing.

The iCONX cloud service also includes a simplified access to the iCONX product roadmap.

We have a team of extremely qualified technical personnel that deliver and support our cloud service platforms. We are using the latest technologies and best in industry data centre and colocation services, provided by Equinix.

Our team operates under strict information governance standards, to deliver our cloud services with the highest level of business continuity, security and data privacy controls for our telco customers.

Delivery and support of our cloud service are guaranteed by an agreed Service Level Agreement. Service levels, priorities and strict response times are defined with you. This ensures we support your specific operational requirements.

In the event of any serious faults on our cloud service at our primary site, our service includes full redundancy which is independently audited (ISO 22301).

The iCONX cloud service is by design, configured to deliver the highest levels of governance for data security (ISO 27001) and data privacy (BS10012).

Our service is fully Compliant with national Privacy laws and Telecoms Regulatory requirements including the European GDPR data privacy rules. Our cloud service platforms are EU-located and include GDPR-compliant MFT file transfer processes.
