Rupert has been with iCONX since 2006. Rupert has 20 years of experience in telco revenue assurance and wholesale services in telecommunications. He has gained significant wholesale knowledge during this time and is a product SME (Subject Matter Expert) for interconnect billing and routing for wholesale voice and messaging traffic.

Rupert’s expertise includes complex national interconnect agreements and settlements, including the BT RIO, which has a reputation for being the most complex agreement in the industry. He previously worked on the telco operator side, with O2/Telefonica mobile.
