Pa spent most of his early career in the Financial Services Industry, starting in Allied Irish Bank plc and then joining the Foreign Exchange Company of Ireland in 1981 as one of their first employees. That company became FEXCO, which today is probably one of the largest privately-owned financial services companies in Ireland with international operations in Asia, EMEA, the Americas and Australasia. Pa held various roles in the executive management team and was a director for over 25 years.
