Service Options : Outsourced //

“On our hardware, on our site”

With our innovative Outsourced solution, i-conX gives you the system and the people you need to bill, reconcile and maximise the margins of your interconnect business.

An attractive option for numerous operators whether in start-up phase, growing rapidly, or even well-established, the outsourced solution provides scaleable financial benefits on many levels – plus the option to upgrade when ready to a full Licence if circumstances change.

Key benefits include significant savings on hardware, staff costs and infrastructure, highly attractive benefits in a marketplace where skilled and experienced interconnect staff are in short supply.

i-conX offers two outsourced options to customers, both of which can be tailored to suit :

a-s-p               Partial outsourcing. Here, the system is implemented at our data centre; the customer accesses and operates it themselves, with full control, via a secure internet connection. Support is provided by i-conX to ensure the system is operating and rating correctly.

a-s-p plus         Total outsourcing. Here, we operate the system on your behalf, giving you the freedom to outsource all operational tasks to i-conX (and/or retain some tasks for yourself), while maintaining full visibility of data via the secure user interface.

In place of a traditional licence fee, with i-conX Outsourced the customer pays a monthly fee calculated according to CDR volumes.

With a compelling commercial offer giving cost-effective access to a market-leading interconnect system, i-conX Outsourced is an increasingly attractive choice for operators worldwide. Please contact info@iconxsolutions.com for more information.
