a-s-p Plus
- i-conX a-s-p Plus gives you all the benefits of i-conX a-s-p together with a fully managed service to perform all tasks in the interconnect billing process. Under this model, i-conX provides a team of users to operate the system for you remotely, to an agreed SLA. However, you may also combine this with some user access for yourself too (e.g. reporting)
- The system is implemented at our data centre as an outsourced billing service or “ASP” (Application Service Provider). The hardware, software and expertise necessary to ensure correct operation of the system are provided by i-conX
- Our billing support team takes responsibility for performing as many or as few tasks as the customer desires. We operate the system on your behalf, as a complete end to end solution
