- i-conX a-s-p is an alternative to the traditional, fully licensed, on-site installation. Under this model, your own users will operate the system as normal. However, the solution itself will not be implemented on-site with you.
- The system is implemented at a data centre as an outsourced billing service or “ASP” (Application Service Provider)
- The hardware, software and expertise necessary to ensure correct operation of the system are all provided remotely by i-conX. Our support team also takes responsibility for checking your interconnect traffic has been rated successfully.
- By schedules defined by you, our i-conX file collection services securely receive your raw (or mediated) EDR data from your switch collection platform and submit the data upon receipt to i-conX rating services for processing.
- Within your web browser, you remotely and securely login to our customised user interface to operate and maintain your interconnect billing services at i-conX a-s-p.
