i-conX gives you an integrated, end-to-end Routing Optimisation solution which allows you to optimise your routing table management process to deliver enhanced cost control to the business, generating rich reporting information at many levels.
Cost, quality and network availability represent the main configurable inputs, and the solution, once fully implemented, will deliver a total RO solution from initial CDR through to switch automation, simultaneously furnishing the carrier sales teams with tools with which to manage the business profitably.
Total integration is achieved between RO and the i-conX Interconnect Billing product. That means one log-in, one GUI with harmonious look and feel, and a single database architecture accessing the same set of carrier reference data, which, logically, needs only be maintained and updated once for both systems.
MODULAR APPROACH
The Routing Optimisation solution follows a modular structure, based around an “RO Core” system. Customers typically have different levels of requirement, and, furthermore, these requirements tend to evolve through time. Our modular structure provides perfect flexibility with the bonus of knowing that all future modules will automatically integrate back to the core architecture.
