Instead, i-conX delivers full reporting value to the business users through its own fully integrated, custom, front-end reporting tools, accessed as normal from the GUI.
- Reporting data is taken in real-time from the rating engine

- i-conX Reporting drills down from very high-level (dashboards) to the very low-level (individual EDR), giving the right type of granularity to each area of the business
