EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM 

BRENDAN ROGAN - Chief Executive Officer
Brendan has 23 years experience in the Telco billing sector. Prior to joining i-conX he was Head of Billing and Collections at Ocean Communications (BT Ireland). Previous roles included Head of Billing at Stentor Communications, Senior Telecoms Consultant at Saville Systems and Major Customer Billing Manager at British Telecom.

FRANCIS DONNELLY - Chief Financial Officer
Francis is the CFO and Company Secretary. He has acted as a senior consultant to several companies in the areas of re-construction, systems implementaion, control breakdown, insolvency and re-organisation. Larger companies he has fulfilled consultancy roles in are Wyeth BioPharma, 3Com, BP, Rover and KPMG. He is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in economics from Trinity College Dublin.

GAVIN STEWART - Head of International Sales and Marketing
Gavin has extensive experience building B2B brands in the telecoms, engineering and electronics sectors. An English first from Oxford University, he has directed i-conX's brand, events marketing and sales support programmes since 2002. Gavin has directed i-conX's expansion into MENA, Africa, Russia and AsiaPacific regions, and subsequent sales growth from 2006 onwards.

SACHA JONES - Head of Product and Delivery
Sacha has extensive experience in Telecoms and the Software sector. Sacha is a founding member of i-conX and has over 14 years experience in interconnect billing, including successful recovery of €7M+ in disputed interconnect charges. Sacha is responsible for delivery of all customer and product roadmap projects. Previous to i-conX she worked in BT Ireland, BT Australia and Zomax (Microsoft Turnkey supplier). She has an Honours Degree in Finance from Dublin City University.

DANIELLE CUSSEN - Head of Global Account Services
Danielle has over 14 years experience in the telecoms industry. Before joining i-conX, she was responsible for the management of Interconnect Billing Operations at Ocean Communications  where she project managed the implementation of the Azure Solutions interconnect system. A founding member of i-conX, Danielle heads the Global Accounts Services department which encompasses i-conX Customer Support and Account Management. 

SHANE O'KEEFFE - Head of Development
Shane has over 15 years experience working in IT and development roles across multiple sectors. Before joining i-conX, he worked for a number of leading Irish companies including CRH and Bank of Ireland. Shane’s primary expertise is in the design and architecture of business support systems using Microsoft technologies. Having previously been a member of the i-conX development team, Shane is now responsible for managing all development activity within the company.

MIKE TUOHY - Head of IT
Mike has more than 20 years’ experience implementing and managing large IT infrastructures. Mike spent the 90's working with Oil & Gas companies in the former Soviet Union. Previous to that he worked with ICL in Dublin. Mike is also a founding shareholder and employee of i-conX solutions since the companies inception in 2001.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

DR. DENNIS JENNINGS - Chairman and Non-Executive Director 
Dr. Dennis Jennings has focused in recent years on high technology start-up companies, both as an early small investor, and as a director or the founding chairman of the Board. He was an early investor in Euristix Ltd., and was the founding chairman of both WBT Systems Ltd. and Ntera Ltd. In 2002 he co-founded 4th Level Ventures, which has a University seed fund and a venture fund and is targeted exclusively on companies based on University research. He was Director of Computing Services in UCD for several years. He is an Internet pioneer, having been actively involved in the start-up of research networks in the US (NSFNET), Europe (EARN, Ebone) and Ireland (HEANET).

PA NOLAN - Non-Executive Director 
Pa Nolan has been in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. One of the first five employees in FEXCO, he is currently a director having joined the board of the company in 1984. FEXCO is a financial services company specialising in the payment transaction industry. FEXCO is mainly involved in the bureau de change, Western Union Money Transfer, Dynamic Currency Conversion, Stock broking and the Prize Bonds. He is a member of the Money Laundering Steering Committee in the Department of Finance. He also worked on the European Central Bank “Third Party Conversion Group” leading up to the introduction of the Euro notes and coins on behalf of the European Association of Foreign Exchange Operators.
