i-conX to lead Revenue Assurance Forum Africa

Once again i-conX will be leading the IIR Revenue Assurance Forum Africa, to be held at Cape Town International Convention Centre, 1st to 4th September 2008.

Following the success of last year’s event, when CEO Martin Browne hosted a packed workshop to operators from South Africa, Ghana, Swaziland, Guinea, Kenya and beyond, once again IIR has invited i-conX to lead the event with a further workshop entitled "Exploiting New Developments in Interconnect Billing".

This year, Martin will be joined by VP Business Development for Middle East and Africa, Philip Joubert.

Philip will be providing new insights into how the interconnection issue can be approached using different corporate structures, in a way that better ties together the various internal stakeholders in the process – which traditionally involves varying areas ssuch as IT, finance, billing, and business development.

Martin will be outlining how new developments in IP affect the future for operators and carriers around the world, with a particular perspective for emerging African markets.
