Gavin Stewart has extensive experience building B2B brands in the telecoms, engineering and electronics sectors. An English first from Oxford University, he has directed i-conX's brand, events marketing and sales support programmes since 2002.

ANDREW COOPER
Senior Interconnect Analyst

Andrew Cooper held the position of Director of Operations at Callmate Telecom. In this role he set up a wholesale billing system and handled multi-million pound disputes. He is widely regarded for his expert knowledge in interconnect billing. He has an honours degree in mathematics from University of Cambridge.

SACHA HANIVER
Implementations Manager

Sacha Haniver has extensive experience in the Telco and call centre sectors. She held the positions of Product Manager at Esat Telecom, Billing Projects Manager at both Ocean and BT, and Program Co-ordinator at KAO Infosystems managing Microsoft call centre programs. She has an honours degree in finance from Dublin City University.

MIKE TUOHY
Technical Operations Manager

Mike Tuohy returned to Ireland in 2000 having spent the previous eight years in the former Soviet Union implementing network infrastructure for fortune 500 Oil and Gas Corporations, most notably ChevronTexaco, where he led the internetworking technical team for Tengiz Oilfield project - the worlds second largest production oil reservoir. Previously he worked for ICL and BA Systems in Dublin.

DANIELLE CUSSEN
Customer Operations Manager

Danielle is an experienced interconnect analyst with primary responsibility for managing international customer support at i-conX. Before joining i-conX, she was Senior Interconnect Analyst at Ocean Communications where she project managed the implementation of the Azure Solutions interconnect system, and was subsequently responsible for management of all interconnect billing operations. Danielle is an i-conX founding member from 2001.
